Neck Component

When paired with the MaxStrength Head Harness cable attachment (pictured below), our bench allows athletes to train the neck through all three planes of motion. Achieving proper neck muscle development requires a neutral spine position, which our bench facilitates. With knees positioned under the pads and hands gripping the front handles, users can maintain an ideal posture to safely and effectively target the neck muscles, enhancing strength and stability.

Hamstring Component

The MaxPerformance Bench also shines in hamstring training, especially when combined with the ProPerformance Chest Harness (shown below). This setup allows users to perform assisted Nordic hamstring curls—an advanced movement that can be difficult to execute without proper support. Many athletes can only perform a few quality repetitions of Nordic curls, but with the chest harness attached to a weighted cable system, users can complete more repetitions throughout the full range of motion, boosting hamstring strength and endurance.

ProPerformance Chest Harness


The harness is crafted from durable nylon webbing and features a sturdy steel buckle for secure attachment. It includes comfortable padding to reduce shoulder discomfort during use with the cable pulley. Designed for ease of use, the harness effortlessly slips over the shoulders and fastens to the cable system via the steel buckle, providing support for assisted Nordic hamstring curls and a variety of other exercises.

MaxStrength Head Harness

This product is constructed from soft 1″ webbing for comfort and durability. The neck strengthening head harness features six D-rings, enabling training in all three planes of motion: flexion and extension (forward and backward), lateral movements, and rotational exercises. It is fully adjustable with industrial-strength hook-and-loop fasteners, ensuring a secure fit for any head size.

Frequently asked Questions

Does the bench come with a cable pulley system?

No. The majority of gyms we have visited already have at least one cable pulley system. Our bench is designed to be stored near the cable system. The wheels make it easy to transport this lightweight bench toward or away from the cable.


Does the head harness attachment come in multiple sizes?

No. The head harness is one-size-fits-all. The size can be adjusted as needed to fit any head size.


Does the chest harness attachment come in multiple sizes?

No. The chest harness is one-size-fits-all. The straps in front of the vest can be adjusted as needed to fit most body types.
